Description: Over the past few years, we have witnessed a significant amount of teachers leave the profession for various reasons.  Many school districts throughout the world have struggled to retain quality teachers and this has consequently led to such issues as high teacher turnover rates, increased truancy, and the interrupted academic progress of students. In a concerted effort to increase teacher retention globally, Identity Talk Consulting, LLC. is launching an online course, Shaping the Teacher Identity 101 - How to Shape & Utilize Your Identity to Authentically Live Out Your Educator Mission, which will help educators define their teacher identities so they can stay true to who they are, own their unique roles as change agents, and utilize their personal skill sets as the foundation of their educator journeys. THE SELF-PUBLISHING EDUCATORS LEARNING LAB (SPELL)  

Description: The Self-Publishing Educators Learning Lab (SPELL) is a coaching program specifically designed for educators at all levels (K-12 & Higher Education) who are interested in self-publishing a book. The primary focus of SPELL is to teach educators how to leverage their writing skills to self-publish a book that will maximize and further their impact beyond school walls. Our intention with this program is to make it the complete one-stop-shop for anything involved in the process of self-publishing a book!
