SHAPING THE TEACHER IDENTITY 101 (STTI 101)
Over the past few years, we have witnessed a significant amount of teachers leave the profession for various reasons. Many school districts throughout the world have struggled to retain quality teachers and this has consequently led to such issues as high teacher turnover rates, increased truancy, and the interrupted academic progress of students.
